What does PlainWISP do?
PlainWISP helps tax preparers and small tax firms draft a written information security plan in the browser. You answer questions about your office, staff, systems and vendors, and you can preview the plan as you go.
Drafting is free and needs no account. Includes a section for each element of 16 CFR 314.4. You're responsible for implementing your plan. The export follows the structure of Publication 5708. PlainWISP is not affiliated with or endorsed by the IRS.

Solo $149 is for one preparer, the only person who handles client files. Firm $299 is one physical office with up to 10 staff.
Multi-office $599 is for more than one physical office, or more than 10 staff. Outgrowing a plan means a new purchase. The key you already have keeps its own window.
Where do my answers go?
Your answers stay on your device. We never receive or store them. Preview needs no key, and the answers are not sent to Stripe.
